  First time ordering with them to deliver a "large-sized" watermelon kiwi arrangement to be delivered to a close relative. I arrived and seen the arrangement. It looked NOTHING like the image online. It was actually smaller than it seemed inside of a big vase... Highly disappointed. For the money you pay for this, you would think this would be worth the money but I could of clearly done this myself if I knew this. Not sure if it is just this location, but I will try again with another store.
