  The store and reps at the store are great the prices are reasonable. But the customer service reps over the phone are horrible! I called to make a payoff so I paid the amount I was told. Than I get a call days later saying I owe more money because of a previous payment being returned. I had no issues I advised I will pay next week. I than get another call less than half hour later telling me that I need to pay. I told them I already spoke to 2 people earlier. Than the supervisor gets on the phone saying I need to make arrangements and if it isn't paid today that I will get a late fee on top of it all. Which makes no sense seeing as I had paid everything else! So frustrated, they are violating the fdcpa

  Although we came in late and our kids were a little antsy everyone was very helpful and very patient with us as we looked for new furniture. Even kept our kids quiet by introducing them to the massage chairs!! Thanks for making our shopping experience great and we can’t wait to receive our new furniture for our new house!!!
